Do you allow pets?

We do! Agnes Living has designated pet-friendly suites. We do reserve the right to limit the type and number of pets per unit. We also require a pet security deposit of one half of a month’s rent.

Is parking or storage included in the rent?

Residential parking stalls and storage lockers are available.

Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?

Yes. There is a secure bicycle storage room free for the use of residents.

Is there in-suite laundry?

Yes. All Agnes Living suites are equipped with a washer and dryer.

How long is the lease for?

All Agnes Living suites are rented as a fixed term 1-year lease. After the year is up, the new lease can be negotiated.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is half of a month’s rent, due at the signing of the rental agreement.

Can I pay my rent with a credit card?

You can pay your rent by electronic transfer, PAD pre-authorized debits, or post-dated cheques.

Can I have a BBQ on the balcony?

Yes! BBQs are allowed on balconies.

Can I smoke on the balcony?

No. Smoking is prohibited on the Agnes Living property. This includes all balconies, suites, building common areas, anywhere else on the property and within six metres of any building openings.

Can I sublease my apartment or list it on vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb?

Sorry! We do not permit any kind of subleasing. This is for the safety of all residents at Agnes Living.
